Synthetic marijuana, incense, potpourri?

Or whatever name it goes by now.
You can buy it at gas stations, it really isn't good for you, I know cause I smoked it for almost 3 years. I live in Louisiana & they keep banning it but when they do another version always comes out with a new chemical that is not on the ban list so it stays legal for a few months till its banned & the cycle starts all over again. Do law makers realize that legalizing marijuana will stop this synthetic stuff dead in its tracks? Its the whole reason this stuff is around. People on drug diversion or probation ect are smoking this in place of weed. It's horrible, it screws up sleeping, causes bad sinus pains & head aches & that's all I know, there is still the fact that this stuff is barley experimental & no body knows about its long term side effects. People are going to smoke either one regardless so why not atleast for their health reasons does marijuana remain illegal despite of this new dangerous stuff that is taking its place?
It's BS, ciggarettes & alochal are perfectly legal & now this worse synthetic stuff is slipping under the radar...

You're absolutely spot on on everything you said here, but people love to get high and since the piss tests weren't able to detect it people used it instead of pot.

the stores that sell it haven't been paying taxes on it because its now illegal to sell, so the pot sellers are happy again because the compeititon of the spice was driving them out of business.

The president said he'd inhaled but unlike Ron Paul, never said he'd be in favor of legalizing it, to my knowledge.
Perhaps he should be arrested for admitting he smoked it, isn't that a confession? At least he should have recieved a hundred dollar fine for having possessed under an ounce, at the very least, should he not have, since he is still having pot users thrown into prison?

I wonder if he kekpt it illegal because big Pharma, the AMA, tobbacco (hes a smoker) and Big Oil all donated to his campaign but pot smokers didn't.
You gotta put your money where your mouth is to get congress or the president to keep their promises, you know that.

Marijuana isn't legal because stoners don't bother to vote.
I am not a stoner; I would never vote for legalization of marijuana, but if enough stoners voted, then marijuana would become legal.
Does it make sense to you? Of course not, you are stoned.

i totally agree Posh and Zombie Matter are horrible for you. . . alcohol is more damaging to our bodies than weed and like you said most of these synthesized drugs haven't been tested before so you actually have no idea what your putting into your body at least with weed you know what your smoking
