You neglected to give me additional information. You didn't really tell me much, I have no idea what state it was in, or what that code means.

Draw a diagram of the scene, as you remember it. Try and poke holes in the officer's testimony when you are cross examining him. Just try and prove to the judge that "it would have been difficult for the officer to detect any violation from the position he was in at the time he claims I committed the infraction"

The best advice which I can give to you is to just pay the ticket since it is not worthwhile trying to fight it.
