Hi, I received a ticket - 39 : 4-144 in the mail for failure to stop at a stop sign in Newark, NJ. I was never stopped that day and I didn't drive the car that day at all, yet my name and lic # is on the ticket.
Is this ticket valid? thanks.

Does someone else have your name on their car? If your name is on someone elses title, then maybe that person went through a stop sign.
