Transferring Law License to New State?

Postby cadby » Wed Jul 04, 2012 7:36 am

Ok, so me and my family want to move to Kentucky. However, we will not move unless I can get a job meaning I have to transfer my law license. Can I have help with this?? How do I, or rather, how can I, transfer my license to practice law from California to Kentucky?

**I have been practicing law for over 16 years now**

I believe that the only thing you will need to do is pass the Bar in Kentucky.

I got a wiki article for you.

I am not sure what the MPRE is. You have to take it as well.

Nice try. There is absolutely NO WAY a practicing attorney would need to turn to Y!A for an answer to this question.
