Twitter/Facebook stalker

Hi,

I really need some advice and assistance.

I have a person/people following me on twitter that are contacting all my followers and others that I interact with. They send an email to whoever i have had contact with that day spreading malicious rumors and gossip about my place of employment.

They even posted a comment on this site slandering the business.

They do not use their real names as are obviously not brave enough.

What can I do?
