Im finishing up my junior year of college and plan on graduating with a major in Public Management and Policy with an interdisciplinary of criminal justice. I am also minoring in Middle Eastern North African Studies. I have a strong desire to work in international law enforcement and am trying to learn more about the Department of States' Diplomatic Security. How easy would it be to get a job as a special agent right out of college (I will be 22). I have also been on the fence about joining the military after college. Would the military experience help? Also, I am looking into being a U.S. Marine Security Guard. If I enlist in the Marines how long would it take before I could apply? Would my college degree and academic experience excuse me from any requirements as far as how long i've been in the Marine Corps? Is it possible to go straight into MSG? Any advise would help!
