Threats of killing my family, treats of killing my dog- then putting her in a hot room with no water all day while I am at work, Phoned all my family and friends to tell them false reports. packing her bags and running away then comming back several times. The police eat at my restaunt , I will have you put in jail, What are you going to do when Im gone, I need to find a rich man. This matter is hard to explain in short, but I will do my best..I brought a lady in the us on a k-1 visa. She scammed me and used extortion. Things like I will kill your dog if you don't do my paperwork, and I will kill your mother if she don't leave me alone. Along with you need to pay for my family. If you don't do my paper work I will put you in jail. And so much more and yes I ended up doing 20 months on things I didn't do, Just so I can go home,, I never had a problem with the law and worked for law enforcement in the past. This young lady when she got here was trying to get my family in trouble running up and down the streets calling people and telling the we where trying to kill her??? I tried so hard to help her . she is violent and the police called several times on her. Even to try to get here backer act for the attempted to kill her self, and threats to my family. I don't want to bash her I just want my life back! And freedom I so care about. Can you pardon my record or such please help. The case you here about ref me is not pretty. But also not true. She lied and played very dirty games with me and my family's life's. Rowena even went as fare as to request an interp the day before depo. And yes I admitted to things I didn't do, to ovoid confrontation with the police and such.
