Other than the obvious, "you can sue anyone anywhere", you should understand that having a trademark in one place generally has NO EFFECT on anyone else using the identical (or similar) trademark in another country, let alone in another field. There are thousands of valuable trademarks that are being simultaneously used all over the world by people who have never heard of each other and probably won't ever have any overlapping markets where it could become a problem.
No, you cannot simply "get a domain" from anyone who happens to register a domain name that contains something that looks like your trademark. You would have to prove various other facts, under the legal doctrines of cybersquatting or trademark infringement or dilution or some other unfair competition.
