What are the laws of medical cannabis in kern county (asap)?

i just got recomened by my dr. do use this. i worried because it is a drug and measure g just got passed. what are the laws for it? thanks!

The laws are the same for every state in the U.S. because the United States Attorney General, Eric Holder has informed the states that the DEA and the U.S. Department of Justice will close down all marijuana dispensaries and confiscate the property where the dispensary is located. Eric Holder has a personal vendetta against marijuana anywhere in the country and he is the top dog in law enforcement and a friend of Obama's. Were he not a friend of Obama, Obama would have fired him long ago because Obama has no objection to marijuana dispensaries but he will continue to allow his friend Eric Holder to enforce Federal law because that''s his job and he is doing what Federal law states, even if state marijuana laws were passed. Eric Holder states he will enforce Federal law and not take into account "State's Rights", and as he is the "Top Cop" he can do this and only have to answer to the President who appointed him to office. I'll bet you didn't want to hear this, but it is happening all over the country, especially in California, and yes Kern County as well and it may have happened already in Kern County as the DEA recently did a sweep in Mendocino County and the people living near Garberville are fuming.
