There is a history of communal violence in India. Is it not a bad remark in humanity. How people kill each other even though they know that they are human beings. Does the borders between countries divide humanity. Humanity is same for every body. Even a person is black or white, long or short, Hindu or Muslim, he is human being. There is no religion which teaches to go against humanity. .Then why people fight. It is only a grudge against each other which makes people to fight. I read one article written by one of the retired military official who wrote that no riot can run for more than 24 hours without the connivance of the Government. In case if the Government wants they can stop any riot withing 24 hours. Then it means these are the politicians who run riots. Now there is a new bill is going to be presented in the parliament with regard to communal violence. Can any body suggest what could be the effective measures to stop communal ism in India. I feel that we should bring such a law which should make answerable to all concerned for any riot happened in the country. First thing is there should be measures to see that no riot should happen in India. Does any Government has promised any state as free of riots. As soon as any new Government takes oath in a state of India, it should be compulsory for them to promise that they will see that there will not be any riots in the state. Second is to counter effectively when riots happen. Third is to give proper sympathy to riot victims in case if happened even after taking precautions. In case of riots in a city the Police Commissioner and his subordinates on high level must be made responsible and proper punishment shall be given to the real culprits. In case of any loss of property the owners shall be paid around thrice of the value of the lost property because it will take lot of time for him to re establish and also he requires mental satisfaction. Can any body give much more comments relating to reasons why riots are happening in India and what are the remedies possible.
