What can i do to have a picture taken down from Facebook ?

I just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl my husband and I both asked all our family and freinds to not post any pictures of her on Facebook due to a ex that recently resurfaced and is threatening to hurt our children we previodly had to pack up and move to a completly diferrent state because of this person yet my father in laws girlfriend took a picture of her in our home without our consent and posted it on Facebook against our wishes when my husband found out and called his father to ask them to remove it he got angry due to that's his granddaughter and my husbands his son and my husband needs to do as he is told and respect what he says no matter what even if its him imposing himself in how we raise our children at least thats what he said when he came to my house yelling and throwing our personal belonging and kicking furniture I was in my bedroom brease feeding my daughter and his grilfreind just burst tru the front door and went up to my bedroom and began yelling at me i treatend to call the police on her so she ran outside and started threatening she was going to get us all and I had to disappeared from the state if we wanted to live now I plan on going down to the police station later today to report this but was wondering how I could get that picture removed her page is not private and the description of the photo says where I'm living I don't want to move again and these people do not want to cooperate
