I got a traffic ticket and The "Events" are such:

Depends on your court. These things are not standardized.

wvtr "waiver of trial"

crel "citation related to Traffic Officer T241, citation number 0HD63225"?

ESCH "scheduled" april 4, 2012 at 9AM, courtroom 3?

MAYBE if you had mentioned what state or city this was in, it might make more sense.
