It is clear that you are in need of some education. I will be more than happy to educate you.
Jobs in this situation would be created *without* government assistance or interference. Person A would form a company and hire people; the employer and employee would negotiate a wage they both consider fair. Person B works for Person A, earns money, and then spends his money buying products that have been manufactured by other people who have formed businesses.
If/when Person B gets tired of working for Person A, he will go start his own business and hire people to work for him.
As for the military protection...one person forms a military service corporation. The employees are paid to fight and they spend their time being trained when they are not fighting. These employees could also double as private security forces and/or the regular police force.
Infrastructure would be covered by service providers. In this instance, monopolies make sense--it is pointless to have 10 water utility providers all using different pipes. One company laying one set of pipes will cover everyone. It might also happen that the company simply lays the pipes and then the actual service providers simply rent the use of the pipes to provide water to the customers.
Labor unions are not needed when employees and employers negotiate fair wages with each other on a one-on-one basis.
No political supporters? *whew* Thank goodness for that.
I don't think you know what an "exchange" is. Would there be stock exchanges? Yes, if corporations decide to sell stock to investors. Would there be "health insurance exchanges"? No--the consumers would buy insurance from whatever company they want and may change companies at any time.
No consumers? Are you serious? What do you think the people who are employed will do with the money they make? They will go out and buy the goods or services they don't already have and cannot make for themselves.
The subject is called "economics". Perhaps you should go to your local library and check out a few books about it.
