I'm filling out for unemployment and they're asking me about Worker's Compensation (which happened about 2 years ago) I got all the other information down, I just don't know what this last question really mean, help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry that English is not your first language - it helps if it is. What it means is: did you ask for your job back after you were able to work again.

"Did you Request reinstatement to your position? " asks you if you requested to be reinstalled to the position you occupied in your job. There might be good reasons to do that such as the violation of your rights which might be Constitutional Rights, violation of any Civil Law or some type of irregularity in the procedure to remove you from your position. You cannot be discriminated for reasons like race, sex, nationality, politics and lately in some localities by your sexual preference.
