Colleges only look at your high school records. They won't see or care about what you did in 7th grade. However, how you did in 7th grade can effect you, because if you did badly, you may not be ready to do well in 8th grade and beyond, and it may mean you're behind in terms of what classes you'll be able to sign up for. So the important thing now is to buckle down and do well in 8th grade, so you can take the right level of classes once you get into high school, and do well in them.
You can't get into Harvard Law until after you get a bachelors degree. Most law schools do not give out scholarships - you pay for it in loans.
