VI. HOLD HARMLESS
6.01 Contributor releases, discharges and agrees to save Owner, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assignees, or licensees or anyone acting
with Owner’s consent harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, costs, damages or claims of any nature (including reasonable attorneys'
fees and expenses) by virtue of Owner’s use of the Contributor’s appearance or contribution to the Work, including but not limited to, claims or
liability for libel, slander, invasion of the right of privacy, false light, misappropriation any other right whatsoever that Contributor, or any other
person, may ever have from or relating to any use or exploitation of Contributor’s name (whether real or fictitious), appearance, performance,
likeness, signature, voice or any biographical information pertaining to Contributor in connection with the Owner’s Work and/or Production.
Furthermore, Contributor hereby indemnifies the Owner, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assignees, or licensees from any and all expenses,
including attorney’s fees, due to a breach of this Agreement.
