What ever happened to the company J.E. Morgan?

they made 100% cotton waffle knit thermal underwear. Made in USA. i can not even find research on what happened to them or who they sold their patented product to. Someone please help me....

Looks like they're part of Sara Lee:they made 100% cotton waffle knit thermal underwear. Made in USA. i can not even find research on what happened to them or who they sold their patented product to. Someone please help me....
