my mother in law is bankrupt for 5 years, she has gone through so much, the loss of her son, 2 weeks b4 bankruptcy, and not having ppl pay there accounts when she had her business, other people did this to her she tried so hard to make ends meet. she is half aboriginal, surely there is some way to clear this issue earlier, the court date is 27 jan, where her and her husband are going to try clear it, please any help, ideas. things to get to the judge/ lawyer.........maybe someone has been through this as well?? . thanks Allot
