What state in the USA has the least strict traffic laws?

I know that NC is pretty strict. Does anyone know what states have lenient laws?

To be honest, all states are strict on the traffic laws. I suggest if your trying to speed or something crazy than think again. You are putting other peoples life in danger including yours. All states will have their own system for doing things. Depending on which area you are deciding on doing some crazy stunt i suggest you think long and hard. Consequences are getting long and hard for people who do not follow the traffic laws.

I'm not trying to be mean or anything but i'm just trying to keep you from going to jail or getting a hefty fine from the police!

Louisiana is probably the most easy going about traffic laws. considering that they were the last state to make the legal drinking age 21, and the only reason they did that was because the federal government would remove there high way funding if they didn't. After that disaster i am sure the last thing on there mind is traffic laws.
