Where can i read/ download Scumble by Ingrid Law online for free?

I heard many times that it has been put online legally on certain websites, but i cant find it anywhere and i really want to read it. And does anyone else know where i can download it safely?

The only LEGAL way it can be put online is if Ingrid Law does it. If anyone else uploads, it is theft. Contact the author and see if she will give it for free.

More than likely, you were misinformed. When people copy an author's book and put it peer sharing sites, it is not legal. They can get jail time and fines of $150,000.
