Im in 8th grade and I'm going to be a lawyer for sure. For college i want to go to one of these colleges... 1 harvard 2 stanford 3 yale 4 uni. of chicago 5 uni of new york! These are off of the top 10 law colleges.. Which type of lawyer gets paid more and if you are one can you describe what its like?? i think id rather be a criminal prosecution lawyer because know some cases of criminal defense i would not feel comfertable doing....... especially if they are guilty.... but i think defense lawyers get paid better because they work for clients and prosecutors work for the state..

Also i know you have to take a bar code test to be a lawyer for that state. how long does it take to study for that and say i want to be a lawyer in 2 or 3 states how long would that take? im not sure on everything you have to study..thanks.

How many times do you need to ask this question. If you don't want to make a lot of money as a lawyer, then become a Prosecutor. If you want to defend axe murders and mobsters with a lot of money, then go be a criminal defense attorney.
