i want to find a state with fairly open judicial system like court transcripts, right to a speedy trial, economic freedom, stand your ground laws, concealed carry laws, doesn't fear labor unions, doesn't take your kids away for homeschooling and not giving them numerous vaccinations, etc.

I don't think their is one State that has all of the list. Florida has the most open public records, right to know. Texas has the most open to concealed carry laws, however Alaska is near equal but it's Alaska. North East States such as New York may have the best support to labor unions. The other issues are mainly regulated by the federal Govt. Federal disease control the department of education. Some of the issues also have to do with taxes. If a State doesn't have a educational system that mandates attendance, then the federal Govt will not allocate funds for education. If every ones decides to have homeschooling, they would not get support and then have to close the schools in the State, which would make sense if every one stays home. There may then be a limited need for vaccinations programs with no schools.
