Who is organizing the class action suit/legal action against Invisible Children for the Kony 2012 scam/spam?

Now is the time for lawsuits and legal action against the company.

People were suckered in.
They made MILLIONS off the advertising and merchandise.
They used our children.

I think a couple of our Senators need to have their heads examined and their careers reconsidered, not to mention our President's contribution to it.

I think that everyone who got taken buying the merchandise need to create a class action lawsuit against the organization.
I hope the local governments of multiple cities go back to the central organization and charge them for the repairs and multiple counts of vandalism.
I hope multiple businesses do the same.
I hope they bankrupt them for encouraging criminal behavior.

The Kony 2012 movement is a scam, and they constantly spam in the silliest ways to get attention, (as if you haven't noticed) because every view of their video gets them money from advertising, not to mention those foolish enough to buy merchandise.
So many of us are tired about.
Folks, speak up against this, when you see it and encourage people to do the same.

Kony and three other LRA leaders have evaded capture since 2005 when they were charged by the International Criminal Court (ICC) with crimes against humanity and a raft of war crimes, including murder, forcible enlistment of children under the age of 15, sexual slavery and rape.

For many years, Amnesty International has been calling for the LRA leaders to be arrested.

“Joseph Kony and other LRA leaders have evaded arrest for far too long and this campaign is a salient reminder of the continuing crimes by LRA members and the need to arrest and surrender their leaders to the ICC so they can face trial,” said Erwin van der Borght, Africa director at Amnesty International.
