Once you brought up Marx, I stopped reading.

“Most people who read "The Communist Manifesto" probably have no idea that it was written by a couple of young men who had never worked a day in their lives, and who nevertheless spoke boldly in the name of "the workers".”
Thomas Sowell

"And I can refute your right wing talking points one by one:"

Try these ones out: The Soviet Union collapsed. China now looks more like a capitalist economy than a communist one. LINUX is distributed under a free software license which does not immediately equate to communism. And a quick glance at Soviet computers reveals most of them were clones of ones created under more capitalist economies which helps to negate your argument that anything useful or beneficial has come from communism.

Additional details: Any wrong doing at the hands of corporations are better than the wrong doings perpetrated by societies who claim to be, or are/were communist. These wrong doings include, but are not limited to, mass murders, genocide, political imprisonment, and force abortions/sterilizations. The real communist utopia is one of violent suppression of the masses.

"I would argue that capitalism has killed far more people than all previous world systems combined." LOL! On what grounds? It just makes you feel better to say that?

The job of a political group is to scrutinise government. The right wing criticises many aspects of government, including the lack of regulation in the free market, but they admit the benefits that most nations gain from it (or at least the "core" to speak in more Marxist terms, as opposed to the "periphery"). If a small business fails, it is because it is not good enough to compete, and so deserves to fall. I am assuming you are American though, which means your perception of the right wing is different from mine. We have a mix of private and public sector work in Britain which is very successful, but has serious problems in that large public sectors (which is essentially what Communism wants so that workers are protected by the government) is very costly and can cause massive damage. There is no perfect government or economic system. If by right wing of course you mean republican, then my answer is not really applicable.

1. According to marx -that says it all.
2. So you're saying that we haven't travelled to the moon?
3. Entrepreneurship is alive and well. The only countries where it is illegal to open a business are communist.
4a. In Cuba, it created over a million exiles, tens of thousands of dead trying to escape, and thousands executed and inprisoned. A once prosperous nation is now among the poorest.
4b. Linux was written by westerners, not soviets. The purpose behind writing the software was to have a "free" operating system that anyone could add to it.

And now, I'll destroy your arguments one by one.

1) You're forced to quote Karl Marx. His theories have been proven to be a complete failure.

2) You're basing your argument on a third hand account of an unsupported conspiracy theory. The fact is there is no credible evidence that the oil companies have ever done anything to hold back alternate fuels. And, even more hilarious is that your argument there is an engine that can operate without fuel. A fuel ( by dictionary definition ) is a source of energy, no engine can operate without an energy source.

3) Corporate bullies? Hardly. You want to know why Walmart drives out so many businesses? It's because they can provide the same goods at lower prices.

4) Linux is hardly the best operating system in the world. But the real kicker.. Linux is a rip off of Unix, which was created in the US. Further, this rip off wasn't done by communits anyway.
