The job of a political group is to scrutinise government. The right wing criticises many aspects of government, including the lack of regulation in the free market, but they admit the benefits that most nations gain from it (or at least the "core" to speak in more Marxist terms, as opposed to the "periphery"). If a small business fails, it is because it is not good enough to compete, and so deserves to fall. I am assuming you are American though, which means your perception of the right wing is different from mine. We have a mix of private and public sector work in Britain which is very successful, but has serious problems in that large public sectors (which is essentially what Communism wants so that workers are protected by the government) is very costly and can cause massive damage. There is no perfect government or economic system. If by right wing of course you mean republican, then my answer is not really applicable.
