You like to cite statistics, but they are fairly random and meaningless, in spite of your conspiracy theories. For instance, the average worker may make roughly half what federal civil servants do, but the average worker is not a college-educated administrator, or a researcher with an advanced degree. That tends to skew the average salary upwards.
I don't think you will have to worry much longer about "overpaid" postal workers. The U.S. Postal Service will likely be just a paragraph or so in the history books within the next five years.
Of course, scrolling through your rant point by point is meaningless, since your opinion is unlikely to be altered by any input from me or anyone with a viewpoint other than your own.
I have no idea why you think education is a poor investment for Americans, and I would hate to speculate.
