Nicandra Diaz-Santillan was the former maid of california republican candidate Meg Whitman. Meg whitman fired Nicandra Diaz-Santillan once she realized that Nicandra Diaz-Santillan was an illegal immigrant who had provided false documentation inorder to acquire her position as maid.

Nicandra Diaz-Santillan went on national television shedding crocodile tears before an audience of millions and admitted that she was an illegal immigrant and had utilized fraudulent documents such as stolen alien card and stolen social security card that she had acquired from her sister.

Nicandra Diaz-Santillan admitted to committing several felonies on national television yet not a single federal law enforcement agency has stepped in to make an arrest. ICE: Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers are in charge of arresting illegal immigrants. Yet Nicandra Diaz-Santillan has not been arrested or charged after admitting her immigration status and felony crimes on national television. So my question is quite simple:

Why hasn't ICE arrested and deported Nicandra Diaz-Santillan?
