That will happen once u see a REVOLUTIONARY GOVERNMENT in power. When u say moral I hope u mean professionally moral as in no cheating etc., and not moral as in moral police....? U can't expect a people friendly govt under our current system simply because it is colonial. We still have colonial level laws in our constitution still, such as 1880s land act, 1861 police act, etc. Once u see a group of rebelleros chuck the colonial system out of India and establish themselfs u will see a people friendly uncorrupted government. I don't want to name groups, but I already see that the change is brewing, slowly and steadily. IT is just that after all this is over, traitors will b called patriots and patriots as traitors. I guess we have to keep our hands crossed until this colonial system is forcefully removed.
