I am in the process of patenting a new technology that will make it impossible for a hacker to steal an online account. Are big companies going to buy it? It is very cheap and easy to implement, and it is better than the existing technology out there IMO.
So in general, do big companies buy inventions and/or technology like this from small, unheard of inventors (they won't need to trust me that it works, they will see for themselves immediately, once i explain the simple concept that drives it)? Or do they rely solely on their own IT teams, and won't buy or license from outside sources?
Question #2 -- How would i go about contacting them (ie google, facebook, yahoo) about my new tech, even if they would buy it?
thanks so much
