K so i got busted with a small amount of pot nd they put me n handcuffs nd calld my mom nd i went home that night. I didnt try to run or anything nd it was a really small amount. Just lik a small pinch of weed. My mom toke me home tht night i didnt go to a station or anything. And i got a letter saying i have to meet with a probation officer nd everything but will i get put on probation??????????? Nd also will they drug test me the day of the meeting or not.............plz help im 15 Heres one of the lines from the letter this appointment will be a group meeting wherein you will be provided with information on how your childs case may be prossed through the system and an individual meeting with a probation officer in order to comllete an assessment instrument required by state law. Whats tht even mean r they going to drug test me or wht I live n texas

Also its 5 hours longgggg wtf is supposed to go on for 5 hours

You will most likely be put on devirsion, Witch is a 90 day program where they drug test you. I got arrested for Delivering marijuana for consideration, witch is a B class felony. Witch you can do up to 5 years in jail for. and I got one year of probation, community service, and a fine. But the fine got dropped. If you meet with a probation officer, yes he will drug test you the first meeting. but the chances are you wont get **** for just possesion. I would be shocked if you got put on probation for that. Dont qoute me on any of this, this is just how they do it in Oregon.
