Will my husband be refused entry to the UK?

Postby adaya » Sat Jul 21, 2012 1:01 am

Due to the recent changes in immigration law instead of using a co sponsor for my husbands visa i now have to return to britain and be a sponsor for him myself (so i have to get a job in britain). We dont want to spend any time apart, so was wondering if my husband will be refused entry to the UK if he comes over with me for 6 months and then leaves to apply for his visa in america?

Will they know that he is married by looking at their computers? And if he will be refused what is the best way to make sure that he will not be, is it safer to get a visitor's visa, or supporting documents to show that he will return to the u.s.a?

He has been back and forth to the uk before, he was in britain for five months two years ago and left on time. And has never been anywhere else so he's in good standing.

Thanks for your help
