Would this be legal-------------------------…

Postby ludano17 » Tue Dec 13, 2011 5:42 am

People keep taking my Ron Paul yard signs and turning them upside down. I want to coat my entire sign in pepper spray so the next person who does it is in as much pain as possible. It's my property so would this be legal. I'm fed up with these punks who don 't respect private property. I'm in FL in case state laws are different. If this isn't legal what would be the charge? I don't think it's assault since I'm not pepper spraying them, just the sign they're messing with.
