Alright, so I've never really dated anyone before, I don't think it would be good for someone like me to date anyone. Truth is, I don't know what would happen, I'd be unpredictable. So recently I found out a guy I know liked me, but he hasn't told me himself, and I've been..... on edge.
So my question, would you date me?
1) I LOVE video games. I'm really into FPS but I'm especially skilled with RPG style games. Futuristic games kinda boggle me, if I spent more time playing them, I'm sure it wouldn't be so confusing.
2) I'm smart. Smarter than most people my age. I don't brag about it (or anything for that matter) but it's the truth. I really like math, I don't know, it's just something I've always been good with. I like reading, I can read Tolkien and Rowling for DAYS and not get bored.
3) I have an addictive personality. I realize this power could be used for evil, but I tend to use it for good :) When something sparks my interest, I get INTO it. Like REALLY into it. I know all the back stories, every character by name...this has happened with The Elder Scrolls, CoD, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, even movies..like The Ring and The Grudge. Also with music. Yes I'm into all the classic rock songs. I don't like rap or pop or anything, but it's...okay. I can tolerate it.
4) I'm outspoken. I speak my mind...a lot. But only when asked. And when I am asked, my opinions pour out my mouth. I've been told to become a lawyer or politician, I'm very well spoken for myself and easily persuade others to think like me if they let their guard down. I know, it's evil and sinister, but it's from good intentions HONEST!
5) Last one, I promise. I'm very...guyish. I will admit I'm not Ms. Perfect Girl. I'm not that pretty, I'm not controlling or annoying, I actually tend to stay out of other people's business....I feel very detached at times, like I have these impulses to be involved, but I stop myself, unlike that of other teenage girls. I guess guys like that sort of thing....
That's why I asked, because I am NOTHING like the girls that are getting dates. I'm harder to impress, and I am particularly picky when it comes to guys. So you tell me...would you date me? or stay away?

I would totally date you. You sound like a great girl to hang out with though I would kinda feel like I'd be with a guy friend if I were dating you. You need to start to be more girlish, playing video games is awesome but it can only be taken to a certain point if you know what I mean. I love girls that are intelligent and speak their mind, I would probably argue with you for hours in stupid friendly debates.

You just need to put yourself out there..you don't have to be the perfect girl...there's no such thing.
