Seeing as it a main selling point / feature of Yahoo Mail Plus, Why does it not exist?
This seems like one of those few times where a Class Action Law Suit is valid and would easily win against a giant like YAHOO

You'd have to prove you were damaged in some way by not having access to Live Chat...for a law suit to get anywhere.
If you read the Terms of Service Agreement.. Yahoo pretty much makes themselves exempt from being sued by anyone.
