Drinking At Work And After-Hours

Postby Sikyatavo » Tue Mar 25, 2014 5:16 am

I've RECENTLY QUIT EMPLOYMENT DUE TO CERTAIN STEPS HAPPENING DURING & AFTER-WORK HOURS. THE COMPANY BUYS, OFFERS, AND ENABLES THEIR EMPLOYEES TO CONSUME ALCOHOL & BEER DURING WORK-HOURS & AFTER-WORK IN HIS SHOP. IS IT LEGAL FOR HIM TO ACHIEVE THAT?  CAN HE ENTER TROUBLE EASILY REPORT IT?THIS REALLY IS HAPPENING IN THEIR STATE OF COLORADO, THE TOWN OF PARKER, AND THE COUNTY THEIR STORE IS IN, IS DOUGLAS COUNTY.

Drinking On The Job And After Hours

JOJOZLE7898:I've RECENTLY QUIT EMPLOYMENT DUE TO
SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES HAPPENING DURING & AFTER
WORK-HOURS. What're you claiming to be "certain actions?"  Merely the truth that drinking is taking place?  Or have ADDITIONAL "certain actions" taken place against you, and do you think these actions to have been caused by this drinking? If this drinking requires children, you might wish to contact the PD.  When The drinking led to worker conduct that influenced you, you might attempt calling both DOL or EEOC for many advice.

Please turn off the caps. It's hard to read, annoying, the equivalent of shouting, and against the rules of the site. And, as you can see, people tend to ignore the post and not answer it.

What type of shop does he have and is there a liquor permit? Under what conditions may be the booze supplied? Generally when the company offers the booze at no cost towards the workers there's nothing illegitimate about this. Or could it be illegitimate for that company allowing workers to consume at the office. This thinks all workers who're consuming are over-age 21. You will find limited situations by which it may be issue. Without specifics, itis difficult to express if he's accomplished something wrong.
