I had been working for a business that my dad and brother also worked for. Top of the management didn't such as this for whatever reason. We didn't work-in same places, all differant. We've been using the organization for several years. I was recently delivered to management college for just two months in preporation of having my very own shop. there was an exam happening in the same time I was in college. Soon after I returned they'd develop some small-time items that wasn't permitted against my fater, brother, and myself. They dismissed most of US. There were others that were release. There's still even today (30 days later) an individual that's still operating in a place that was discovered doing the same that i was dismissed for. I'm that I was release like a individual vindeta aginst us from top management. Another people who were release were close personal friends of mine. whyat do you consider I ought to do? Do I've an incident?

It's not against thelaw to fire all you since you were household, didn't like you, etc. Until your rights were violated under EEOc and you were discriminated against in a-class that's guarded (race, sex, religion, handicap) shooting you or all you wasn't fundamentally illegal.

Discrimination

You and others may have a case for unemployment compensation, but other than that ....
I'm afraid firing on the basis of personal vendetta is not illegal, and there is nothing illegal about keeping on one person who has done wrong and not another (unless, say, it's done on the basis of your race, religion, sex, etc.).
