Most Native To Fl Has Less Rights

A union or government employee transfers to Florida from elsewhere, an opening gets created in the employee's location but I get blocked out from a job.  The extreme population transfer to Florida has blocked me from opportunity in my home state all my life.  One employer I had apparently would not hire Blacks and instead would hire other ethnicities often from other countries to get around the quota system.  Blacks were not the only on affected because in a roundabout way it hurt me because I don't have a problem with any race but the population growth caused by such maneuvers increases my social anxiety and the lack of ethics employed by employers.  One employer delayed my paperwork so a person he more identified with received seniority.  Smokers often align with other smokers, New Yorker's with New Yorkers and so on.  I am a minority in my own state because most people are recent immigrants.  Sotomayor's ruling allowed for different  standards due ethnicity.  The quota system gets twisted by some employers but it almost always rules against me.  One of my ancestor's was listed as mulatto but someone from another country can receive preferential minority treatment to get a job over me.  Race is complex and my question is complex but shouldn't I have at least equal rights to employment in a state that my ancestors have been before England even established a colony.  It should not matter what ethnicity I identify with or get identified with but that territorial rights should be considered.  I am not just part Native American but I am more Floridian than most people can claim to be even American.
