You can complain to the EEOC or your state's human rights agency regarding any discrimination at your company.

Iam speaking integrity not regulation did not you begin to see the Sotomayor judgment.  Contests had various requirements and there's a quota program.  Yes it might be authorized for that unions and also the government to deal with such things as they are doing but that does not allow it to be moral.  I might not be explaining issues perfectly however the problem I'm referring to is complex.
