2 Seats, Same Day, Various Surfaces

2 Seats, Same Day, Various Surfaces

Postby xever » Fri Jan 03, 2014 5:24 am

My problem demands a targeted traffic citation in the state-of: Virginia
I acquired a speeding ticket in November 2011 (68 Mph in a 55), with a court date set for January 18th at 9:30 am. My approach was to just appear and request driving school.
Even so today, January 9th, I got a solution given that I pulled out before a policeman (just my luck) No incidents occurred. She wrote me a deep failing to yield proper-of-way solution for - you guessed it - January 18th and 9:15 am.
The issue is the places are diverse so that they are two various surfaces. It isn't feasible to pay a visit to each. Suggestions about what direction to go? Could they legally strategy you two court days understanding you can not produce 1 like this? Is not this court day too early? The speeding ticket was two scheduled eight weeks ahead of time, but that one is just scheduled 9 nights later! I have not had a resolution since 2007, and it definitely was announced ignored in January 2008.

2 Tickets, Same Date, Different Courts

I plan to go to both, just in case I can get the sentenced lessened somehow.
In your opinion which should I go to first? Keep in mind for at least one of them I should have a clean record with the other charge pending, correct?

2 Tickets, Same Date, Different Courts

You'll need certainly to obtain a continuation in one single courtroom or another. Sadly, you'll need certainly to clarify that the main reason you can not be there's that you're scheduled to look like a defendant in another authority. Obviously, you can basically plead guilty and pay the fine prior to the court day for each one or both details. Simply sayin.

2 Tickets, Same Date, Different Courts

I managed to get the first one pushed back to later in February.
I'm hoping since I have a clean record they will just ignore this minor failure to yield, maybe give me a lesser charge or something, then still have a clean record in feb.
