his true hourly wage is $4 per hour more than the pay rate shown on his pay stub what rate is shown on his pay stub? show work please and thank you
a) $10 per hour
b) $9 per hour
c) $14 per hour
d) $ 18 per hour

If he was getting compensation for paid time off, his hourly rate will have been increased in order to give this compensation.. His true rate will be LESS than the rate shown on the pay stub. I think the question is wrong.

Paid 504 for 36 hrs = $14 per hour

True rate will be $10 (but he was paid $4 per hour more to compensate for hours he didn't work)

is this figure before or after taxes which is either his gross pay or take home pay of 504.00 most construction, workers work more than 6 piddly hours like around 50- 6- 70. give us a figure before or after taxes. makes no sense.
