Is this covered by HIPAA or any other medical or confidentiality laws? I'm in Florida and I am over the age of 18.

It depends on if you signed anything, but it sounds like you may want to check your bank account and go talk to a lawyer

hippa applies to health care folks. If you give your info to an employer, or to a neighbor, they are free to gossip.

Read what you sign, a drug test gives them permission to release that info to anyone if they choose to even you parents.
