Abuse Of Computer 640b2 - Purpose To Avert Cost Payment

Abuse Of Computer 640b2 - Purpose To Avert Cost Payment

Postby devdutta58 » Wed Jan 22, 2014 11:52 pm

My problem requires a traffic citation in the state-of: California
I am basically just attempting to see what my best options are. My dad received a quotation for Computer-640B2 - Intent to Avert Cost Cost. Today, through the little bit of reading that I have done to the boards already, it appears that there's little trust in-fighting this solution. I am only observing what will be the easiest way to hopefully lessen this $353 help for him. To date I think the only real choice would be for me to try and complete the TR-205, Trial by Written Declaration, because his English is not that good and I do not think it'd be best for him to try to describe herself in court, particularly since there will not be any Chinese to English translators to simply help.
Okay, which means this is what happened: He was from the country for just two weeks. Upon arriving in San Francisco, he got the Caltrain to San Jose for his function. Nevertheless, because he was from the country for such a long time, his move had ended, but he didn't understand until he was informed by the owner and provided the quotation. When I described earlier, since his English is not so excellent, it'd have now been problematic for him to understand. It'd actually be much more problematic for him to cover it with him being in his late 60's and working part-time.
I'm taking into consideration the Trial by Written Declaration. May be the train owner also necessary to create her part of the story? If she doesn't, would the charges be dropped, or does the judge decide with no train driver's side of the story? Is it feasible that even when the judge finds him guilty, the costs may be decreased by any means? Again when I mentioned before, he'd get into court except that it could not do him worthwhile together with his language barrier. Additionally, I do not reside in exactly the same town as him, therefore it will be a bit hard for me to simply help too, except by writing something up for him. Is this the very best choice? Any guidance could be appreciated.

Violation Of Pc 640b2 - Intent To Evade Fare Payment

The courtesy notice doesn't mention a Test by Written Declaration. Nevertheless, because this quotation was outlined as being a traffic violation underneath the San Mateo Superior Court, I thought that it was accessible. I named the courtroom and questioned them about carrying out a Test by Written Report and they did not say something about it that suggested I could not do it, however again, I might have been speaking with somebody who did not understand...

Or you had been billed with a violation of the penal code and not the automobile code.
