Alberta Family Law - father's rights when mother is keeping you from child...?

My ex and I have a 2 year old son. She lives in Alberta and I live in Ontario. She's been living with her new boyfriend for almost a year and has been teaching him to call her boyfriend "dad". When I corrected my son, she lost it. If I can show the courts that she is trying to push me out of my son's life, what kind of outcome could I see? I want to be apart of his life and I just want to know if anyone else has had to go through this as a father.

Please be careful in this situation.
I was just watching a show today where a man was going through the same thing.
His ex wife was an idiot and caused many issues about not complying with court order about this father picking up his son.
She was living with her grandparents and they would come to the door and tell this Dad that his child was sick and could not take a visit with him.
Her family kept doing this time and time again until he walked his way through the door past grandma and she shot him in the head with her gun.
They put Grandma in jail for life but the poor guy was killed.
Domestic disputes are so dangerous so get some professional advice on how to handle your situation.
You are the father so the mother is out of line having her boyfriend confuse the child like this.
This guy may not be in your sons life for ever so the mother needs to get her priorities in line.
Just be careful in your situation and if you ever start having some serious issues with these people over your child always take a police officer with you to pick your son up.

If you are paying child support you have the right to see your child she cant stop you and you are the biological father not him you son will know when he grows older who is who.But your ex should,nt be telling your son to call her boyfriend dad
