2) If the "•" means multiplication then none of the provided answers is correct. It's 126.
3) -7
5) If x denotes the number of monthly text messages, then 25 + 0.05x
6) Distributive Property

9) 4x + 16 <= 76
10) Assuming this is (4/5)(y) + 2 =6, then y = 5
Can't do the set-intersection problem without seeing the diagram.
14) {(circle, 3), (circle, 4), (circle, 5), (square, 3), (square, 4), (square, 5)}
15) 0 ? x ? 24
16) Assuming this is f(x) = x² - 1, f(3) = 8
