Amount of days of missed work to claim workers compensation?

NONE. I have filed one worker's compensation claim in my life. If management had not ORDERED my to visit the ER, I would have done EXACTLY what the doctor did on my own in 5 minutes. As it happened, I spent 2 hours filing out paperwork, which the hospital misplaced and had to ask me to do over, and I was back to work by the end of the shift.
