An immigration law firm in Vancouver, Canada, is offering me immigration with Arranged Employment Opinion?

(AEO) and asking for a hefty amount of fees. They say that they will first secure a job for me and then under AEO file my papers for immigration. After my immigration, they will also help me in filing for permanent residence. They are asking a total of 15000 USD in installments. On their website, the agency claims to be a 35-year-old company. I live in India and am desperate to immigrate to Canada. Should I go ahead and take the risk with this agency? They are saying that they will provide me proof at the completion of every step in the process. Need help!!!!
