Islam has laid down some universal fundamental rights for humanity in general, that are to be observed and respected under all conditions. To attain these rights, Islam provides not just legal measures, but additionally an extremely effective moral system. Hence, whatever results in the survival of the in-patient or the society is morally good in Islam and whatever is harmful is morally undesirable. Islam attaches so much importance for the love of God and love of man that it cautions against too much formalism. We read within the Qur'an:<br />
