Huntik would be good I guess... It's really interesting and has slight romance, is funny and has quite some action.

Description: Huntik is an action and adventure show about a group of seekers traveling around the globe in search of ancient amulets that can invoke different types of monsters. CN used to have a show called Sym-Bionic Titan that was pretty awesome. Unfortunately, I believe they canceled it after the second season for whatever reason, but there may be a DVD out (or someplace you can download episodes.

Although technically not an action show, the Total Drama series is pretty darn entertaining for a Canadian cartoon spoof of every reality show ever. There is fighting, explosions, and some suspence, not to mention a good dose of romance (natch) & humor all around. The seasons have their own names rather than numbers; it goes Total Drama Island, Total Drama Action, Total Drama World Tour, and Total Drama: Revenge of the Island (currently showing on CN Tuesdays).
