Apple Suing Google because of the patents and Samsung Androids?

Okay. So it has come to my attention that Apple is suing Google because of Samsung's latest Android phone, the Galaxy Nexus. Apparently it is going to be banned from stores, and now they are targeting the new SGS3. Why is Apple so worried?
