Do you think apple is going to win the patent war against Samsung?

For those of you who don't know apple is trying to patent the round edge phone design as they were the first first one to come up with it and they are also they are trying to patent the things android copied from ios, everyone has agreed to It except Samsung (I don't know wether google has agreed or not ) but Samsung is definitely arguing with apple to prevent this from happening but apple has way more proof and evidence than Samsung and can make this happen really easily but what I don't understand is why dosen't apple just patent it when they got enough proof + Samsung will lose 2.5 billion$ i lust want to know Wat are a your thoughts and do you think wether apple is going to win or not . I think it is going to win

This is a fascinating case to follow. At the core of the dilema is the court's delicate task of stifling a monopoly on technological growth while ensuring that legitimate proprietary property is indeed protected. Personally, i think Apple is clearly in the right. The "new" technology samsung is pushing is clearly a rip off of Apple's original ideas. Their case will not hold.
