I was driving from West Hartford to New Britain when I went past a speed detecting sign at 39 mph (the limit was 30 mph). I thought I saw a flash, but I attributed that to paranoia.
But then I did some research, and all I could find was that as of 2010 West Hartford had a bunch of these set up that didn't send tickets, but merely flashed as warnings.
Am I going to get ticketed?
Are any kinds of traffic enforcement cameras used in Connecticut?
